Super Tuna Toasties
This sandwich is an excellent source of fibre, a good source of omega 3 fatty acids and a good source of protein!

Ingredients
1 small 95g tuna in olive oil
1 tbspn corn kernels
1 length spring onion finely sliced
6 baby spinach leaves
4 lettuce leaves
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and place between 2 slices of Brumby’s Swiss Soy and Linseed Loaf
Place in a sandwich press for around 5 mins until golden.
