Cinnamon Log French Toast

Ingredients
1 x Brumby’s Cinnamon Log
1-2 Tbs butter for pan frying
3 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Icing sugar, to dust
Punnet fresh strawberries
For the Pink Cinnamon Icing:
3 Tbs Butter
2 Tbs Milk
2 Tbs Milk
1 tsp beetroot powder or drop pink food colouring
Instructions
To make the pink icing scrape the cinnamon icing from on top of the log into a bowl, then add in the melted butter, milk, beetroot powder/pink food colouring and whisk until well combined.
Then slice your log into thick slices, it should make around 8 slices.
In a medium bowl combine eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Dip each slice into the egg mixture, and pan fry in a buttered skillet until all sides are golden brown.
Transport to a plate and drizzle with the pink icing and then dust with icing sugar and serve with fresh strawberries
