Brumby's Butter Candle
Have you heard of a butter candle? Elevate your charcuterie board with this show-stopper! By adding your favourite herbs and spices to the butter you can create something truly unique (and divinely tasty!).

Ingredients
400g Salted Butter
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp chopped rosemary
1 tbsp chopped thyme
1 x candle wick
1 x paper cup
Instructions
Use your paper cup as a guide for size to cut a whole on the top of your cobb loaf.
Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl for 60 seconds.
Add the chopped garlic, rosemary and thyme and mix well.
Place the candle wick in the bottom of the paper cup and place the cup into the hole you previously made in the cobb loaf so the cup holds its shape while you complete the next step.
Pour the melted butter mixture into the paper cup, taking care to hold the wick steady so it stays centered.
Place the paper cup into the freezer until it is solid - around 1hr.
Remove the paper cup from the freezer once the butter is solid and place inside the cobb loaf.
Light the candle wick and leave attended for around 10 minutes until the butter starts to melt.
Carefully break off sections of the bread and dip into the melted butter. Enjoy!
