Ingredients:

1 Brumby’s White Baguette (cut into fours)

4 tsp mayo

4 tsp cranberry sauce

12 thick slices of deli turkey

7 slices havarti cheese

2 large handfuls iceberg lettuce, roughly torn into pieces

2 tomatoes, thinly sliced

Salt and pepper to taste
Method:

Step 1:
Slice the baguettes open lengthways, add 1 tsp mayo and 1 tsp cranberry to the bottom of each quarter.

Step 2:
Top each baguette half with lettuce and tomato, then add 2 slices of cheese and 3 slices of turkey to each quarter.

Step 3:
Season with salt and pepper.
