Ingredients:

3 slices Brumby’s High Fibre White Loaf

2 tsp butter

Roughly 1/2 tsp Vegemite or to taste

2 handfuls pf sea salt chips (or flavour of choice!)
Method:

Step 1:
Using a rolling pin roll out the 3 slices of bread.

Step 2:
Cover one slice of bread with 1 tsp butter and Vegemite to taste. Add a handful of chips, then butter the second slice with the remaining butter and Vegemite.

Step 3:
Stack on top of the other slice and cover with remaining chips. Next add the third slice of bread on top and enjoy the all-mitey crunch!
