2 x Brumby’s Pesto and Cheese Turkish Breads

200g leg ham unsliced (cut into small strips)

1/2 small pineapple (cubed)

1/3 cup pizza sauce

1 cup pizza cheese or mozzarella (grated)
Method:

Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees celsius.

Step 2:
Place your Turkish breads on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Step 3:
Fully cover the Turkish breads with pizza sauce.

Step 4:
Sprinkle a large handful of cheese evenly across the base of the breads.

Next, scatter liberally with the ham and then the pineapple.

Lastly, finish with extra cheese.

Place on a baking tray and put into the pre-heated oven. Cook for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden, and the base is crispy.
