Ingredients:

1 x Brumby’s Classic Garlic Twist

1 Tbs butter, melted

2 heads garlic roasted

100g cream cheese room temperature

1/2 cup sour cream
-
1/4 cup mayonnaise
-
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

1 cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
-
1/4 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chopped chives and dill, plus some for garnish
Method:

Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2:
Cut 1 cm of the tails of garlic, making sure to expose the cloves. wrap in aluminium foil and bake for 30 minutes

Step 3:
In a medium-sized bowl with an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth. Stir in roasted garlic and garlic salt, then stir in cheeses, chives and dill.

Step 4:
Brush the garlic twist with half of the melted butter and put in the oven to bake for the final 15 minutes.

Step 5:
Pour your cheese mixture into a ramekin.

Step 6:
Bake for 20 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and cheeses are melted and bubbly. Add your garlic twist to the oven for the last 10 minutes.

Slice the garlic twist into strips then Garnish your garlic herb cheese dip with chives and serve hot, use your garlic twist to soak up the cheesy goodness!
