1 Brumby’s French stick

180g butter, softened

½ cup finely grated tasty cheese

½ teaspoon chili flakes
Method:

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut bread into 1.5cm-thick slices (don't cut right through).

Step 2:
Combine butter, cheeses, chilli, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Spread butter mixture over both sides of each slice of bread. Wrap loaf in foil.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is hot. Serve.
