Ingredients:

1 x Brumby’s White Sourdough Loaf (Unsliced)

2 large garlic cloves (minced)

200g butter

1 tbsp dried oregano

1 tbsp dried parsley

Salt and pepper to taste
Method:

Step 1:
Cut the Brumby's Sourdough Loaf into 5 x 10 cm rectangle pieces and set aside.

Step 2:
Place the butter in a small bowl and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds, or until almost melted.

Step 3:
Add the minced garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper to the same bowl as the butter and mix together.

Step 4:
Then, using a brush or rubber spatula, coat each piece of bread until every side is well coated.

Step 5:
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, and then add the coated bread, toasting each side for roughly 1-2 minutes or until golden.

Step 6:
Once the pieces of bread are golden on each side. Serve hot and enjoy that crunch!
