Platter with a Twist

Looking for something a little bit different to serve when entertaining? Put a twist on the standard platter fare by using our Choc Chilli Sourdough! Blue cheese and figs pair perfectly with slight kick of chilli.
Ingredients
1 x Choc Chilli Sourdough Loaf
150 grams round of blue or gouda cheese
250 grams strawberries, whole
1 cup of walnuts
8 fresh figs (dried if preferred)
Method
1. Slice the loaf into 2cm slices (lightly toasted or serve as is).
2. Cut a diamond slice into the figs and gently squeeze from the bottom to reveal the fruit.
3. Place all other ingredients on a platter and serve.
